One of the most important things in the online money making is how much people will make money for you.Finding them without spending money can be the hardest thing so I'll share with you how I do it.
I have second Facebook account where I concentrate on my business without spamming my close friends.I accept every friend request and send requests to a lot of people with similar interests like making money,the more friends you got the better.Every time when you got payed from a site you can share your success with them which can lead to a referral sign up under you.Join groups and pages with people that will be interested
in what you do and keep posting.
Join forums that have referral exchange and Downline builder sections.You can reach out to many people there and if you post about new site finding referrals is not going to be hard.
Use places like http://www.mylot.com/?ref=tanu6a where you can get the interest of the other users looking to make money while you make some cash at the same time.For me this has been a very productive way to find referrals.Just make sure to read their FAQ section about what you can and can't post.

Make a blog ,Use free classified ads,spread the word at chat-rooms,make your own ads and put them at your local stores.
